History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. One day when Ranala was young, her father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her father dropped to the ground dead. Her father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Ranala was heart-stricken from the event, and her mother started working long hours to provde for them. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Eloise was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He works hard and plays hard.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Shane was a troubled youth. History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Fragrant was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Zepar has worked very hard to control his curse. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Painter for the past few years.
