A freak accident while working with his Detective father left him crippled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Dilettante for the past few years.

History: Born in the west to a Doctor, Edge learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She worked as a nervous Doctor and found it very stressful. She has achieved small success as a Doctor.

History: Dain lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
