History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Richard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Richard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rieta grew up listening to her father's many stories. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion; and to reunite with her old friends
