History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roland grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Shoemaker born in the past three hundred years. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He struck the Shoemaker job and began his own company from there.
