Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Bulzo was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Bulzo's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
