Description: She has a missing right arm. She wears a fancy yellow dress. Her silver hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. This amber eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. The war was a terrible time for her, and Vicky does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. After months of barely getting by, Vicky managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.

Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears suspenders and black workpants. Her shirt is grey, and she wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. Her red crest has been sun bleached extensively. Her eyes are likewise red.
Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her first spouse was a Ruler, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She bought a hand crossbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Curran was born with his mother's beautiful face. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.
History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Thodris alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Shepherd they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Herbalist, and she later adopted a second son.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Gifted from a young age, Wiggens studied abroad. Through the years after Wiggens was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Wiggens's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shepherd and was forced into it by his family; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is lean but muscular and is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and black handkerchief worn on his left side. His brown hair and beard is wavy and long. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Chad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
