Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a simple black robe with yellow stripes complete with hood, and is pretty ugly. Her hair is purple and curly. She has a dull look in her red eyes.
Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Altho abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Bellfounder and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: An older man who prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, he is not a threatening figure. His hair, while still mostly dark red, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are gold and catlike.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Barakas took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up rapier and armor he uses now. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he is greedy

Description: She wears a black vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her black boots flare out at the collars. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her greataxe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. Her small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her gold eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many goblins want her driven away; and a deep hatred of goblins

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He worked as a nervous Masseuse and found it very stressful. Being a Masseuse kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Aura will drive conversation. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Aura has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His fur is gray, silky, and of moderate length. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Cask isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tabaxi unity. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Cask was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside.
