History: Herleva hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Her first spouse was a Dyer, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: She wants revenge against orcs; and doesn't want to be a sculptor and was forced into it by her family

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Waywocket is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: She got into the Banker business at a young age. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Banker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Banker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she wants revenge against dire rats

History: Windy was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Dwarven compassion; and a strong sense of loyalty to dwarven people

History: He comes from a rich northern family. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Server kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
