History: Darrak was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. He has achieved small success as a Bowyer.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Born to a Marshal, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she feels kind of lost in life

History: Kristryd was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. After coming to the age of reason, Thamior took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has worked as a Carpenter like his father before him.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Gifted from a young age, Krimp studied abroad. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is greedy; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Patrick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her long auburn hair reaches down to her waist. Her gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Alice is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Alice was born with her father's beautiful face. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
