Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. Philomena is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This malnourished man wears a white collared shirt and brown pants. He accessorizes with a grey scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light violet in addition to tight pants. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his hammer, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Godfrey embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to settle down with his crush

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Gilbert lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and many illithids want him driven away

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Sapply isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Born to a Farmer, his father struggled to pay the bills. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sapply fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the south were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. His ears are large.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Abad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Abad was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Abad decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Beggar kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
