History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. At a young age her father died while driving off some drow. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in axe use. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Melissa was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the drow.

History: Matilda was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is her passion.

Personality: Kody is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Kody lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and doesn't want to be a carpenter and was forced into it by his family

He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Paggen and his spouse have recently divorced.
