History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Shadow was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barrister and was forced into it by her family; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Donaar was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he would like to get married and retire

History: Fistula was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has never given up on her singing dream.
