History: Shane was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bather.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Richard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He has worked as a Courier like his mother before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Courier responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business
