History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Stylist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Dagger was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.
