History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to orcs.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Ashgarn was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ashgarn decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
