History: Olivia was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: This woman loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Melissa grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Melissa. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He got into the Bowyer business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Barrister, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Bowyer.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bûbol does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born into a rich family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. He now mingles about in high society.
