When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
