History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'8" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. Her blue hair is singed and shortened. Her red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Her parents were killed by brigands in a raid when she was still a young child. The brigands captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against brigands

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Burto was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Burto never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Aura was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: She is a Shoemaker first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was born in the north. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She's also a talented Barber, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
