Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Melissa alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
