History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She worked as a nervous Shipwright and found it very stressful. She's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. Hethress enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Eldon hails from a village terrorized by giants. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Bather. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To be a Sage again.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Herbalist business.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Personality: Alice is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.
