Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in.
