Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a brown shirt, with a black mid length shorts with black tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Ernest was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. This amber eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. Bhevek enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: She stands about 4'8" and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. Her hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. Her blue eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Ilanis was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Description: She wears a tan collared shirt and grey skirt. She accessorizes with a black scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. She carries a battered halberd and tarnished morningstar as well. Her black hair is lengthy. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world.

Description: A 5'1" northern woman, she wears a blue shirt with thin green vertical stripes and brown pants. She has a long chestnut ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her first spouse was a Blacksmith, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He got into the Miner business at a young age. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her silver hair is lengthy. Her fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: She was born in the west. Her childhood dream was to be a Bather, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her morningstar with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt and is in decent physical shape. She has a long blonde ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult; and she is unsatisfied with her job
