Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Gomory was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Gomory alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against illithids

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His first spouse was a Jeweler, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and expand his business

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. Quelenna enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and she has a crush on the local mason

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he is unsatisfied with his job

His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He's also a talented Bounty Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Expand his business; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
