History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He now mingles about in high society.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the west were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
