Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Tailor profession.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Roger was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
