Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Engong enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Engong hails from a village terrorized by giants. Through the years after Engong was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Engong's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Engong fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: Her left side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. Her golden hair is cut short. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Jarana's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He got into the Merchant business at a young age. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Euphemia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
