History: Rûg was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
