History: He comes from a rich western family. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Sekhmet hails from a village terrorized by goblins. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Revenge; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now owns her own business.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Olunt hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Olunt alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
