Description: He dresses well, wearing green shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are black and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Valafar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. During his travels, Valafar and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Valafar discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Valafar fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tabaxi people.

Description: This man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His ears are large.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Darrak was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He is greedy; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears dull red sweaters, loose yellow pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed morningstar, just in case. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. Her silver hair is still thick. Her eyes are likewise violet.
Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Ovak is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature trident.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she's looking for her big break

Description: This tall, slender woman usually wears her blue robe and has her ceremonial dagger always slung over her shoulder. She keeps her silver hair in a pixie cut. Her eyes are likewise green. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Through the years after Ielenia was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ielenia's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Oren has worked very hard to control his curse. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Priest. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Argran alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: The child of a Fortune-teller, who enjoyed hunting, Anselm was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He bought a falchion and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
