Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Jasmine hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Fallond grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Fallond. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Myathethil was born with her father's beautiful face. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Carter; and wants her loneliness to end

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hobart isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
