History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Aym was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Ploughman. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Liftrasa was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Herleva lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Herleva was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Herleva's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
