Description: He is a husky man, who is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Umpen was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'0" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a dagger on her belt. Her red hair, when down, is lengthy. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her brown eyes.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Jeweler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Jeweler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Jeweler job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: To be a Barkeep again; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is wearing a long, blue, dusty cloak. He has shaved his head bald. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Igden grew up listening to his father's many stories. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Igden took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Revenge; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a red tunic with black highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has no hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: Hamil was born the youngest of three triplets. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Hamil has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is his passion; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She works hard and plays hard.
History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Eloise fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: Shivering hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she wants revenge against giants
