History: Mumpena hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mumpena grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mumpena. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Upon awakening, Pennie discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves.
