History: She got into the Layabout business at a young age. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Cressel was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Cressel has worked very hard to control his curse. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Personality: Shump hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She is content.

History: Liftrasa lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
