History: Dee lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Cumpen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Roywyn took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

History: The child of a Stableman, who enjoyed hunting, Heather was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Heather took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up falchion and armor she uses now. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heather fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

This search led her directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Veloptima never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her parents were killed by goblins in a raid when she was still a young child. The goblins captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Faral was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.
