History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Through the years after Ea was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ea's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Ea and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Aline was raised in a hard working conservative environment. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Scribe for hire.

History: Born in the south to a Brewer, Edge learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Farmer, but she got bored and became a Brewer. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Naivara is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Srorthen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Srorthen has worked very hard to control his curse. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
