Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Hatae's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Hatae was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She worked as a nervous Glassblower and found it very stressful. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Glassblower for the past few years.

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears yellow leather gloves, a yellow jacket, and tight pants. His silver hair and beard is wavy and long. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ahvain fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To protect his home; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many orcs want him driven away

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and blue handkerchief worn on her right side. Her hair is short and red. Her gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: The child of a Miller, who enjoyed hunting, Mardnab was taken on many hunting expeditions. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Mardnab's homeland. Mardnab decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she feels kind of lost in life

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Quick was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: She was born into a rich family. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She invites people to come help in her community garden.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Seraphina alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Seraphina was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: To settle down with her crush; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: With violet face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Her brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her red eyes peer out from beneath her Stetson black hat.
Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: She was born in the west. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Armara took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sickle and armor she uses now. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she feels threatened by others

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she has money and likes to spend it
