Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. A true patriot, Keth would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Keth was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
