Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Aasathra is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Aasathra was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Aasathra's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Xappan was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born in the south to a Map Maker, Juliana learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her childhood dream was to be a Soapmaker, but she was a colossal failure. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She was granted druidic powers by her dying brother.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Hecat was born with her mother's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was granted druidic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Ploughman and was forced into it by her family; and regain custody of her daughter

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
