Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Lewis was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her greataxe with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt, and is pretty ugly. Her silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the east were limited. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A freak accident while working with his Miner mother left him crippled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 39. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Gimble was born with his father's beautiful face. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barkeep. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Layabout like his father before him.

History: Dustin lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is his passion; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Merchant; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
