History: Naal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a worn and beaten armor. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Hoshû will drive conversation. He is an amazing painter.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Hoshû reached his early adolescence his Half-Orc mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gifted student she started as a Miner, but she got bored and became a Engraver. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Engraver for hire.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he tends to wear a large green jacket. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the right. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has taken up work as a Healer and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Blacksmith father left him crippled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and she has a crush on the local cook

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with red colored cloaks and clothing. His chestnut hair is cut short. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He was born in the south. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is dressed in an above average manner. With wild black hair. Her violet eyes peer out from beneath her deerstalker brown hat.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Rohesia was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rohesia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Apothecary for hire.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
