Description: This northern man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. His clothes are grease stained in places. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. His white eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Tiefling, and stands approximately 6'3". She is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants, and her gloved hand is found clutching a ceremonial dagger. She keeps her long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. She has silver eyes and a black hat with a tan feather.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Vapula embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 100. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Gimgen enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: This southern woman is abnormally tall. She very much looks the part of a Bather. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: She got into the Bather business at a young age. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bather.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Bather responsibilities is difficult; and expand her business

Description: This tall, slender man is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His long white hair reaches down to his waist. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Kyle was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and wants to raise his children well

Description: He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest, and he perpetually has his kukri ready. He keeps his long black hair kept up in a rat tail. His white eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When Andram reached his early adolescence his Tiefling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Sage. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he's attracted to the pc

Description: He wears a brown vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His pastel leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his brown boots flare out at the collars, and he perpetually has his nunchaku ready. He has no hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Raymond fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her white hair is still thick. Her violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Giselle lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Ruler they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Barrister, and she later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Regain custody of her son.
