Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit men.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shipwright, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born to a Detective, her mother struggled to pay the bills. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She bought a flail and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Harvest lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Barber born in the past three hundred years. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Kansif was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her childhood dream was to be a Interpreter, but she was a colossal failure. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.
