Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Orcs in Thakrak's homeland. Thakrak decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
