Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the east were limited. After a long history of fighting, Pog and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Dondon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently the stress of being a Weaver has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Weaver responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her first spouse was a Scribe, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a rapier, but if one is not available he will default to his lance. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his lance, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bookbinder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bookbinder work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Bookbinder soon after.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: He was born in the east. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Rrath alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
