History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dilettante for hire.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student she started as a Marshal, but she got bored and became a Engraver. She tends to her Engraver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born in the west to a Blacksmith, Rinn learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She tends to her Blacksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing her hectic life and new blacksmith responsibilities is difficult

Description: This woman stands a little under 4'8" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She wears her chestnut hair down. This green eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Quillathe isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Quillathe alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Quillathe fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
