Description: This late middle aged man tends to wear a black poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt and is in decent physical shape. His purple hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady white eyes.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Habor grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Habor alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a black broad hat and black clothes. Her red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She bought a halberd and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His scarlet crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are red and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Mehen embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: Mehen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his youth he was a Tanner, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tanner they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Jeweler, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. His black hair is knotted and matted. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: Aura was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Savaran lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Savaran was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Savaran decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: Erky hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Erky was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: To be a Marshal again; and expand his business
