He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he seems to be bored by most things
