History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. Margery was born on a far eastern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Spice Merchant. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Grigi was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.
