Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

History: Melissa was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 6 years.

History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. Navigator work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born in the north to a Mortician, Shane learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
